BCLLC has been selected as a DBE subcontractor for the 20-year, Washington State Ferries Electrification Project, with an initial contract award of 5 years. BCLLC will be providing consulting services primarily focused on professional services agreements (procurement and services contracting). BCLLC also anticipates providing consulting services for the WSF Electrification project in the following areas:

• General contract administration 

• Project controls and scheduling 

• Public communications

• Program or project coordination with different groups

• Educational Program Development and Training

• Developmental and technical writing/editing

• Copyediting, line editing, substantive editing, proofreading
