BCLLC performs technical editing of draft reports for line-editing/proofreading and readability, and coordinated suggestions for changes with the Corps’ Environmental Resource Specialist. BCLLC also provides meeting facilitation for several multi-agency meetings to elicit informed feedback for the Corps from County, State, and Federal fish and wildlife agencies, in order to identify considerations for selecting sites for habitat restoration and enhancement through beneficial use of dredged material.
